Controlling the movement of high value-added items using beacons

arrow_forward

Accuracy in Fixed Assets management

arrow_forward

Using Smartphones at a much lower cost than industrial collectors

The Solution

arrow_forward

Installations of gateways and beacons in high value-added items. These beacons are specific and have a feature called accelerometer, which is triggered at the slightest touch or movement on these objects

arrow_forward

We developed a panel that keeps warning all the moved objects and the managers can deactivate the alarms. Once alarmed, it is only with this intervention that the alarms and warnings cease

arrow_forward

When it detects movement, an email is sent to security and to the managers, as well as an SMS warning of the movement

The results

arrow_forward

Our asset management software ensures that everyone in the organization has access to the data they need. It starts by collecting everything in a centralized database, where information can easily be kept clean and up-to-date

arrow_forward

Alert in case of movement of a high value object, sending to the security and to the managers an attention e-mail as well as an SMS message to the selected telephones. Allowing this way to control a possible undue movement

arrow_forward

Substantial savings (around 80%) in the control of Fixed Assets

arrow_forward

Greater sense of "ownership" of the assets under management in the units

arrow_forward

The software includes expanded functionality for tracking more detailed information about assets throughout their life cycle (Monitor asset performance and calculate total cost of ownership)
